Job description :
		The successful candidate will be required to perform the following duties: - Guarantee the accomplishment of the well servicing and completion operations, in compliance with codes of practices, procedures, safety and environmental protection, at the same time optimizing and improving costs and lead times. - Ensure the suitability of operational requirements of personnel, equipment and services. - As the RSES-D (Site Safety Environment Manager) he/she will ensure the respect of safety rules, of health and environment in line with Total Company Rules, EPNL HSE policy and HSE Management System. - Responsible for rig risk management, preparedness for and management of emergency situations and leadership of drilling and completion teams with respect to HSE. - He/ she will be in charge of rig POB and will organize the daily rig HSE tour. - Personally supervise delicate or risky operations and control the activity of contractors. - Optimize operations in relation with engineering, geology and reservoir entities as well as optimize the use of rig equipment and contractor maintenance system. - Analyze effectively instantaneous drilling data. - Compose, review and explain operating procedures. and ensure the reliability of technical information. - Particularly in charge of spacing out the Production Completion Strings in compliance with Total Procedures. - Supervise and validate any pressure tests of equipments: Xmas-tree, tubing string, annulus pressure tests, down hole equipments, clean up set-up lines, gravel pack injection lines etc… - Prepare and implement safe SIMOPS :Dual handling BOP Riser installation as well as organize hidden time operation: Slick line ops, Perforation ops, Sand Control, PLT, Clean up. - Ensure and control daily the final reporting of wells and/or of operations - Participate in the production of technical and operational syntheses and debriefings. - Manage rig operations costs follow-up. - Organize and coordinate supplying and logistics. - Contribute to the improvement of skills and the know-how of rig drilling personnel. - Functionally responsibile for 3 to 30 persons on site.
		Required skills :
		Education :
		The ideal candidate should possess a first degree (Bachelors or HND) in an Engineering discipline
		Experience :
		The successful candidate should have at least 8 to 10 years experience in a similar role in an Oil & Gas company.
		Skills :
		The successful candidate should be able to: - Effectively supervise people - Effectively communicate (oral & written) correct information at all times to the appropriate quaters - Effectively prioritize, organize and execute tasks with regards to optimizing operations - Effectively document operations - Effectively analyze information given - Effectively and patiently mentor young engineers as often as is required.
