Position Summary: MSI is currently looking for a broad range of commercial and business law experts to take part in upcoming projects in the commercial law sector worldwide.

Candidates with expertise in one or more of the following fields are encouraged to apply:

- Business Environment (company law, agency and partnership, accounting, corporate governance, shareholder rights, bankruptcy, employee remuneration)
- Financial Services (insurance, banking law, securities law, commercial papers)
- Trade and Investment (foreign investment, WTO agreements, customs rules, competition policy, consumer protection, public procurement)
- Commercial Dispute Resolution (courts and judiciary, alternative dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration, conciliation, bailiffs, marshals)
- Institutional Reform (deregulation, regulatory agencies, transparency, civil service reform, anti-corruption activities, administrative law & practice)
- Property Rights (real property, mortgages, intellectual property, collateral registry, privatization laws, inheritance, eminent domain, concessions)
- General Commercial Legal Framework (constitutions, civil code, commercial code, contract law, e-commerce and IT)

Qualifications: Applicants should have over 10 years of relevant experience. Experience working on international projects (particularly those funded by USAID or a similar agency) preferred. Foreign language proficiency preferred.
