Job Title : Technical Officer Information And Communication


Masters degree in a relevant discipline
• A proven track record of excellence as an information and communication expert.
• Experience of working with (and preferably in) the Nigerian Public Service.
• Experience of working on Public Services Reform issues.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective communication networks.
• A high level of competence in web management.
• Experience and competence in liasing with the media.
• Ability to interface with various stakeholders.
• Experience of a broad spectrum of communication work including use of IT and modern technology, organizing events, and producing effective publications etc.
• Excellence in oral and written communication skills

Job Title : Technical Officer Monitoring And Evaluation
• Minimum of a master’s degree in a relevant discipline and the:
• Knowledge about M&E criteria and standards
• Experience in practical application of M&E
• Experience in capacity building, skills transfer and/ or mentoring.
• Experience in the implementation of business process, preferably in the public sector
