Vacancy at Total for a Personal Assistant to GM

Total Plc is recruiting for a Personal Assistant to the General Manager (Marketing). Candidate must be a graduate with BSc/HND in any Social Science / Art and possess 3-5 years work experience in a reputable establishment.
Candidate must be proficient in spoken and written French and must be proficient in the use of the computer.
He/she must have good analytical skills; must be able to work with minimal supervision and be attentive to detail.

Job description:

Projects a professional image of the company

Manages the GM’s daily itinery and diary

Keeps accurate diary and schedule of important Group/Company activities and events

Compiles administrative report and maintains accurate record of documents

Maintains an effective document and filing management system for the GM’s office

Processes incoming and outgoing mail and deals with telephone enquires as appropriate

Handles visitors requirements and routine matters

Manages photocopying, faxing and other office working tools in the GM’s office

Processes purchase orders and expense claims for the GM’s office

Performs other assigned duties as delegated by the GM (Marketing)
