He/She would be a prime mover in formulating and implementing the company’s policies and programmes in manpower, planning, career development, skills, job placements development, appraisal, reward systems, discipline welfare and related schemes.
Applicants should possess a good first degree in social sciences or related disciplines. He should have a higher degree with specialistionin human resources management would be an added advantage.
