Total Plc is recruiting for a Network Support Officer and a Production Planning Engineer.

1. Network Support Officer: BSC Computer Science / Engineering
Minimum of Second Class, Upper Division and Minimum of 1 - 2 years in Computer Networking Experience. Knowledge of ERP Systems is an advantage.

Job Description

• Acts as the focal point to resolve operational problems escalated by the helpdesk team by ensuring that user’s problems
are attended to in timely manner.
• Network Users’ and Computers’ Support and Management
• Management and monitoring of backup and restore operations using Veritas Backup EXEC solution.

2. Production Planning Engineer: BSC Mechanical / Chemical / Petroleum Engineering with a Minimum of Second Class Upper and 2 - 5 years experience.

Job Description

• Carries out production planning of all production inputs for the plant.
• Monitors and maintains adequate re-order levels for all raw materials and production inputs.
• Co-ordinates receipt of bitumen, base oils and additives by vessel and their storage.
