An executive recruitment firm is sourcing qualified recruitment and HR talent for one of its client - a renowned and well established oil and gas firm operating as an Exploration and Production (E&P) company.
Due to ongoing expansions and the need for qualified personnel to join their team, they are now urgently recruiting for very experienced human resource and recruitment professionals to work with them in establishing and developing an in-house recruitment team.
The purpose of the roles is to strengthen their planned graduate recruitment and talent attraction scheme and the ideal candidates for each of the positions must satisfy the requirements in order to apply and be considered for the respective positions.
1. Recruitment Coordinator (RC)
2. Performance Management Specialist (PMS)
3. Training Coordinator (TC)
For each of the positions, candidates must possess a degree in administration, human resources, psychology or any other related discipline.
