Sales Manager Needed in a Pharmaceutical Company

A leading indigenous Pharmaceutical company requires a young and dynamic dynamic National Sales Manager (ethical).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the sales function across the country

Ensure that medical and sales representatives achieve sales volume and profitability targets

Plan and implement customer retention strategies

Manage and train the sales force

Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve all sales and distribution targets

REQUIREMENTS

Possess a B.Pharm

Have strong communication and inter-personal skills

Have a minimum of 7 years marketing experience in reputable pharmaceutical marketing companies of which at least 3 must be at a managerial level

Be trustworthy, analytical, organized, self-driven and result oriented

Not more than 40 years
