Trainee & Experienced Accountants

Candidate:

The successful candidate will have a strong academic record and work experience in a multinational organization. Work experience in the oil and gas is desirable.

The role:

The successful candidate will perform various accounting functions, the controller is in service or in support roles within the Business Line. These responsibilities will be accounts in the capital, budgetary control, bank reconciliation, the common interest of the accounting / Interface, Financial Reporting & Analysis, project accounting,

Business Support and CAPEX / OPEX Analysis.

The ideal candidate must match the following profile:

Criteria of education (student)

Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of upper second class
Higher National Diploma in Accounting or Finance with a minimum credit of the High --
A professional qualification in accounting or MBA would be an asset
Criteria education (experience)

Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of upper second class (a professional qualification in accounting or MBA would be an asset)
Bachelor of Science degree in another discipline with a minimum of second class upper in addition to a professional qualification in accounting
3-5 years experience post NYSC
Other requirements

NYSC discharge certificate (Corps members complete their service by December 31, 2009, may apply for the position of trainee)
Strong analytical capacity and information technology
Excellent oral and written communication.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple competing and changing priorities
Willingness to work anywhere.
