La Poste: Services Maintenance Supervisor
Under supervision of Facilities Manager, this position is to coordinate and monitor the progress of the maintenance of facilities APMTAL for optimal quality and efficiency.

Main responsibilities:
• ensure the maintenance of records and reports on the work done.

• monitoring subordinate staff, including: determining workload and delegating tasks, training, monitoring and evaluating performance and initiating corrective or disciplinary measures.

• receive and investigate alarm calls on the management of the facilities.

• Ensure that work is carried out with maximum quality and cost, log relevant information in the work order and presents the planned maintenance for the closure when the work is completed.

• develop, review, or reviews plans and criteria for a variety of projects and activities, assess the feasibility of the proposals and is also responsible for the maintenance of facilities APMTAL.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS

• Ability to read, write and speak fluent English.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the management of the Center situation and the development of a professional body.
• hold a diploma in engineering as a field of study.
• Successful applicants will be self-starter, strong analytical skills and enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary.
