MTN is recruiting customer care.

Working in the customer relations department and reports to superior customer care officer, the ideal candidate must have an undergraduate degree and 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in the service sector.

Candidates have extended working hours including work time shifts and weekends jobs as well. The posts are based in Lagos, Enugu, PH, Asaba, Abuja, Kano and Kaduna.

The main responsibilities are otlined below:

Identify and resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently, while the acceptable quality of service standard
Following questions from customers to ensure a quick and feedback
Climbing and customer issues to start the process operators
Enter the necessary system transactions related to customer demand

Document actions to resolve customer issues.
Generation of periodic reports and other ad hoc reports requested by the Team Leader
Combine customer service, sales and administrative routine
Generate funds from the sale and after-sales service
Handle cash and ensure the correct amount
Collect customer telephones for warranty repairs
