BUA Sugar Refinery Ltd requires the services of an experienced, results-oriented Senior Human Resources & Administration Manager, reports directly to the plant manager BUA Ltd

Job description:

As a Business Partner of the management team and advice on HR issues
Formulation and implementation of HR policy and strategy, organization, design and development.
Parameters and selection for the group
Drive development of human capital and capacity of programs
Drive performance and personal commitment programs
Lead team responsible for Microsoft Office to effective and good way.
The successful candidate must:

A bachelor's degree in any discipline of Social Sciences
Preferably a member of the CIPM or other association of human resources.
A master's degree, preferably an MBA for this position.
3 years experience in human resources consulting firm recognized.
4-6 years of progressive HR & Administration of professional experience in a management level preferably in a recognized international businesses
Should be able to communicate and cooperate with people at all levels and with a diversity of people and personalities
Compensation Survey experienced a strong experience in launching and implementation of all areas of human resources also work settings assessments, appraisals, compensation packages, training, etc.
Well, with the regulation of employment, taxation and legislation.
Must be able to work effectively in an environment of restructuring.
Good verbal and written communication ability, including the ability to write reports and information on a wide range of target groups, including management.
