Meridian Technologies Ltd is a mega IT Training, Certification, Testing, Networking and Security Solutions company based in Lagos.

It represents Aptech Computer Education in Lagos and is an authorized Oracle University partner, a Cisco Networking Academy, a Microsoft partner, CompTIA member and has authorized Prometric and Vue Testing Centers. Meridian Technologies provides solutions for network and security ENPAQ.

Meridian Technologies has a state of the art training / certification / Testing Center and the Network / Security Solutions Sales in Victoria Island, Lagos. The Company must fill the following position: CENTER MANAGER - Ref: CM-01

Candidates must be around 35 years and possess B. Sc / M. Sc in Computer Science / Computer Engineering with NYSC discharged certificate. Possession of an MBA will be an additional advantage. An excellent understanding of the various information technology is an important requirement.

Candidates must have 5-10 years experience in business training in the market in Lagos, three of which must be at the administrative level. These candidates must be able to work under pressure and deliver on set targets for performance.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop marketing and sales plan and focus on different segments - separate for retail and corporate
The development of an annual budget for students, business accounts, revenue, expenses and profit
Achievement of monthly budgets for all objectives
Explore the target markets to identify and pursue opportunities for training and certification.
Territory of the planning and allocation
Manpower planning, training of staff, setting goals for the team and leads the team to set the budgets.
Effective planning and management of schedules and delivery.
Ensure the achievement of quality standards and 100% customer satisfaction at all times.
Develop business plans and managing the process of collecting data and information.
Actively participate to galvanize leadership and in particular the activities related to the activity center.
Does the knowledge of the industry to gain a strategic advantage of the center.
Continuously generate new business ideas and assess their viability.
Launch of concepts aimed at promoting awareness of the market and generate sales.
Reporting of performance management for consideration.
Monitoring of finances, budget, personnel and general management of the center.
The optimal use of resources and cost optimization
Candidates must be self motivated, dynamic, technically oriented, possess excellent communication and presentation skills and willingness to work flexibly.
