Job Description:

REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates are expected to be fluent in English, smart, self-motivated, coordinated and requiring little or no supervision.
- Must be a good driver with a valid driver’s license.
- Should be highly effective
- Maintain good ethical standards and discipline.
- Must be time conscious
- Be a able to communicate effectively in English.

QUALIFICATION
Should possess a minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (S.S.C.E)

Candidate has to be a graduate with three (3) years work experience after graduation, A highly coordinated individual with an eye for figures and accuracy. Possession of analytical skills that will benefit. ICT & Computer literacy is a necessity. Ability to work with less supervision and under pressure, with productive results.

Work schedule in an organization within the oil and gas industry will be added advantage. Knowledge of invoicing for oil and gas related services / works.

Job Responsibilities

Preparation of work schedule for billing reimbursable wages and salaries, fixed rate, lift, taxes and fees on time.
Interfacing with clients and monitoring projects in a timely manner on the issue of the weekly workers and fast approvals.
Validate the accuracy of the weekly working hours and rates for billing purposes.
Preparation of invoice copies for customers, finance and project files on a regular basis.
Maintenance and update records of invoices on a regular basis.
