HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Employee compensation and staff welfare.
Manpower resource planningDevelopment and implementation of appropriate hr-operating systems.
Employee recruitment and retentionSetting in regular motion, performance management activities: issuing job descriptions, tracking performance.
Initiating and ensuring appraisal cycles' completionLiaison with external organizations, e.g. Nigerian employer's consultative association (NECA), industrial training fund (ITF), pension administrators, and others.
Managing and providing leadership to other hr assistants.

Requirement:

The ideal candidate for this position will be between 35 and 42 years of age
Must possess at least university degree in any of the following disciplines; business admin, social sciences, sciences or engineering.
Experience span is between 8 and 10 years preferably in a manufacturing environment.
