Manager: Internal Communications

Role Description:

-Manage information to and engagement with employees on the organsional transformation
-Act as anchor for in-house publications and intranet
-Ensure employees are provided adequate and up-to-date information on activities of the company
-Publicise and Interpret management actions
-Provide monthly structured feedback to management on employee issues
-Draft and produce CEO’s messages to employees
-Publicise all company activities, including regional activities, on the intranet
-Liaise with HR to develop a recreational platform to foster cross-functional collaboration and staff
Qualification:Minimum of 2nd Class Lower Degree in Mass Communication or any social science discipline. Membership of NIPR is relevant.
