A leading company in the Technical training and Engineering consulting industry needs to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced person for the post of a Head, Business Development.
RESONSIBILITIES

Design and implement marketing and sales strategies.

Evaluate marketing campaigns.

Manage and improve existing customer relationships.

Identify and prospect new clients.



Co-ordinate and motivate marketing team.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be a BS.c/HND graduate of Electrical/Electronics, Production Engineering, Humanities or related field with a minimum of 2nd class degree.

Must have a 6 year working experience in a manufacturing, oil and gas or engineering service industry.

Must a minimum of 3 years business development experience.

Should have strong analytical, writing and presentation skills.

Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.

Must be able to work with minimum supervision.

good personality and goal-driven.

Ability to facilitate on engineering and management training programmes will be an added advantage.

Proficient in MS word, Excel, Power point, etc.

Between 30-40 years.
