Finance Director, Nigeria ($95,000-100,000 Per Annum Basic Salary Plus Benefits)

Permanent management level position in Lagos in Nigeria.

The ideal candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with approximately 10-15 years experience. Overseas or Africa experience will be preferred. The individual will be expected to: Provide financial support to the Managing Director (the local head of the Company) in commercial decision making through accurate and transparent financial information; Embody a culture of strong performance management; Play a lead role in exploring and exploiting the current market climates for business opportunities; Plan financially realistic goals for short and medium term; Ensure all projects are financially and profitably well managed.

* Highly detailed in basic financial management;
* Clear focus on cash-flow and receivables;
* Able to build, manage and lead the finance team.

A multinational organization (headed by a British citizen of Indian origin) specializing in varied interests including provision of IT services in Africa. The position will be for the IT services which operate in the software/hardware market providing services to the banking, telecommunications and oil/gas industries. It is a fast growing business with a wealth of opportunity to build and develop, given the current platform and investment into this sector in Africa.
