Job description :
		Within the framework of an integrated project team, during the start-up preparation phase the successful candidate will perform the following duties: 1. Assist the Offshore Head of Maintenance & Inspection in any maintenance activity related to the topsides of the FPSO, which excludes the hull its accessories and utilities. 2. Supervise the contractors permanently onboard the FPSO in charge of the critical packages, control performance and quality of Vendor/Contractor activities i.e use of spare parts, compliance with Company rules and procedures, performance as per agreed scope of work. 3. Ensure the equipment subject to Specific Maintenance Contracts is properly maintained. 4. Initiate statistical analysis, studies and audits to ensure equipment performance is optimised, and that company HSE regulations are adhered to. 5. Develop and control condition monitoring techniques on the main turbo machinery packages. 6. Prepare status reports and ensure proper administrative follow-up with the onshore based AKPO correspondent. 7. Ensure that the activities performed by the Contractors and Vendors are properly registered in the vendor e-management system. 8. Monitor stock inventory management system to ascertain stock levels are commesurate to present and future needs if required. 9. Ensure proper filing of documentation for all equipments. 10. Actively contribute to the training and development of personnel from Contractor and company.
		Required skills :
		Education :
		The successful candidate should have HND or BSc. Degree or its equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
		Experience :
		The successful candidate should have 5-10years professional experience in Maintenance operations supervision and management in a similar role as a Topsides Maintenance Engineer on a project in the Oil & gas industry.
