Finance Vacancy In An Airline

A very fast growing airline in Africa is expanding its operations locally, regionally and internationally and requires the services the following finance positions.
Accountants/Finance Managers/General Manager Finance.

RESPONSIBILITY
The responsible candidates will be responsible for developing and managing financial systems and procedures.
They all will continually strive towards performance improvement in order to make a positive contribution to the successful performance of the airline.
They will as well set up and manage the budgeting and manage the financial analyses reporting, statutory/regulatory and tax compliance and processes.

REQUIREMENTS
A University degree majoring in Accounting plus minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
Must be a certified accounting professional (ACA, ACCA, etc)
Leadership skills for managing the finance team effectively.
Managerial skills such as planning, organizing, communicating and directing.
Ability to understand technical and non-technical issues and documents as it relates to the company’s business.
The positions require committed and meticulous individuals with the ability to plan and work under pressure to produce quality reports on a timely basis.
