Job at Diageo (Guiness Nigeria Plc) for a Reward Analyst

Diageo (owners of the Guiness brand) is currently recruiting for a Reward Analyst, to work in the Human Resources team.

Ideal candidate must have a University degree and an M.B.A. or Post-graduate training in HR and/or Compensation and Benefits or other. relevant discipline.

Candidate should possess a minimum of 2-3 years broad based HR experience in a multinational Company, preferably FMCG environment

Accountabilities:

· Support the Reward Manager in managing core reward processes – salary review, bonus, savings plans, benefit administration, communication, job evaluation in GNPlc

· Provide high quality analysis of position against talent market to support reward process and decision-making.

· Ensure access to high quality management information to support reward decision making
