Modernization Department :

The ideal individual will be responsible for overall management and implementation of all Modernization programs and projects including contract management, technical and business management. Current membership of a relevant project or change management organization is essential.

Experience:

A successful track record of consistent personal achievement for at least 15 years, of which eight (8) years will be relevant management experience in public / private sector organization.Demonstrated high level skills in project and change management

Other Skills:

o Ability to demonstrate very good experience in the management of projects, together with a proven ability to manage third parties, particularly client bodies, in a sensitive but firm manner
o Strategic and conceptual thinking
o Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while producing timely and high quality deliverableso Ability to delegate effectively
