PMU Procurement
The overall objective of the service provided by the PMU procurement is to ensure coordination with the administrative and financial experts of all activities aimed at improving procedures for procurement of the EU - SRIK project

Responsibilities: He / she should

* The effectiveness and efficiency of the procurement process and the project in accordance with procurement rules EDF.
* Preparation and monitoring of supplies and work documents.
* Ensure that procurement (supply and works) and procurement of the project with the regulations of the EDF. : Assist the administrative and financial management of all the other experts and technical assistants to an estimate of planned activities and the purchase of the sum in an overall estimate.
* Contribute to the production of the order of SRIKANT market.
* Propose and initiate appropriate corrective action in case of significant differences between SRIKANT procurement plans and activities / results.
* Contribute to the definition of training programs on issues.
* Perform other duties as determined by the administrative and financial expert.
* And all other tasks can be assigned to him by the team leader


Reporting
Officer reports to the team with administrative expertise and financial support.

Mission
The service contract for procurement to begin from the date of appointment.
The initial contract will be 8 months.

Profile

* Candidates for the post of Procurement PMU should be the following profile:
* Academic background in Purchasing & Supply or related field
* Fluency in English
* Excellent computer skills
* At least one year of experience in procurement
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work together and reach a consensus, a high degree of motivation and personal initiative and ability to work without direct supervision.


Other requirements are:

* Strong public relations, communications, reports, organization and computer skills
* Fixed field experience in Nigeria and a good understanding of the functioning of international organizations and health institutions, especially those involved in immunization activities.
* Ability to think laterally and identify priorities and comparative advantages in the interests of the project.
* To be a team player with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Ability to quickly in a short time and very adaptable and flexible in its approach.
* Excellent oral and written expression in English.
